By placing an order on our store, you agree to the following terms:

• All magnets are custom-made based on the photos you provide.
• No returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed.
• Colours may vary slightly. The final print may not exactly match what you see on screen, as colours can differ depending on your device and our printer setting. We do our best to keep it true, but exact colour match cannot be guaranteed. This is not considered a defect or reason for refund.
• Please check your order details and shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for incorrect info submitted at checkout.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 2 days) with clear photo and order number
• Do not upload offensive, explicit, or unlawful images. We reserve the right to cancel any order without refund and report serious content if required.
• We may update these terms at any time.
