Because all our magnets are custom-made specially for you, we're unable accept returns or exchanges. Hope you understand ya!

Please make sure to double check your photos, order details, and shipping address before confirming your purchase. Once your order is processed, we won't be able to make changes.

If your items arrives damaged or wrong, don't worry - just email us (at h.magnetic8@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving it with clear photos, and we'll do our best to assist.
